The carrier has corrected their issue. Normal sevice has been witnessed since.

We are seeing the majority of connections back online. If your connection remains off please power cycle your router to force it to reconnect.

There is a known issue impacting TalkTalk broadband connections whereby sessions are not able to start. TalkTalk have identified the issue (INC000100295154) and are working to address this now. Existing broadband sessions are not impacted, however new sessions are not able to start. We do not have an ETA to share at this time, but we are watching the situation.
