Although we have not yet received an official update from Openreach, the Checker and Address tools appear to be operational again.

We are aware of an issue impacting our communication with Openreach. This is having an impact with the broadband checker (some results may not pull through), address lookups, broadband ordering, broadband fault updates. We apologise for the disruption this may cause. We will confirm once we know the situation has been resolved.
