We have received the following update from Virgin just now.
We apologise for the outage in service you have experienced today, between 13:25 and 14:06.
We believe service has now restored for all impacted and we thank you for your patience during this incident.
A further message will be sent out shortly once full root cause is known.

We are now seeing circuits return to service. If a service has not returned, please ask customers to reboot all equipment where necessary, and if the issue persists, please raise it to our Support team.

Virgin has informed us they are experiencing an outage at their Brentford Metnet Hub site, and is being treated as a P1 incident. We will provide further updates as and when we receive them.

We have received reports that some Virgin leased lines are currently down following a network flat at their end. We are looking into this accordingly.
