Emergency works were successfull in tracking down the cause of the problem. Further RFO details are reported via the incident feed in the control panel.
All failover circuits have now been restrored.
We apologise for the disruption caused.
Update [21/02/2025 22:18]
We will be undertaking emergency works from midnight on the Telehouse West POP which will involve disruption to carrier interconnects as we try and track down the cause of todays issues.
We don't take the use of such emergency measures lightly, but deem this essential to us tracking down the cause.
We will keep disruption of these services down to the absolute minimum. Further updates will follow.

The majority of customers will be enjoying normal service.
However, if you have a failover setup, you may be seeing unwanted behaviour from the circuits. Whilst investigations continue the failovers will be temporarily disabled, with the primary circuit taking the load. This should help allow our teams to complete additional checks.

We are continuing to investigate issues at Telehouse West. The majority of circuits will be operational whilst this continues. Apologies for this unexpected outage.
