Sadly we have not been able to recover the data. We have had to revert to a backup taken between 00:30 and around 03:00 yesterday (07/10/2024) morning. Data loss will be between then and 19:32 last night when power was lost. We apologise for the disruption that this may cause.
All sites are now fully operational again with the restored data.

We have 124 sites running with MySQL 8.4 on shared server 62 which are having issues this morning following on from last nights power outage at the DC5 data centre. Our team are trying to recover the data now. Should we fail to be able to recover we will have no choice but to restore from backups. Apologies for the disruption caused.
